Richards, (formerly known as Riverstone West) is 285ha of land and is located centrally within the NSW government’s North West Growth Area (NWGA) which is approximately 39km from the Sydney CBD.

The North West Growth Area is experiencing accelerating population growth but it is without the employment and services needed. As Riverstone Meatworks, the land has operated as a regional employment zone for over 150 years and is again well placed to be the service and employment area for this new expanded population.

Richards is adjacent two existing railway stations and is adjacent to a regional Transgrid substation, Sydney Water treatment plant and a major Jemena pipeline.

Blacktown Council have recognised the significance of this site and have named it a new suburb for the area, being Richards. Click Here to Find Out More
